Refund and Returns Policy
For the safety of our artists community and their clients, all sales are final unless a product is defective. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive a defective item, you must let us know within 5 days of receiving the item to have it replaced.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package our shipments VERY carefully.
If your package is damaged in shipping, you will need to contact the USPS to file a claim.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders upon review. We only sell to verified traditional and cosmetic tattoo artists. By purchasing our products, you are stating that you are a professional licensed artist and agree that you are using them at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless the owner of this supply company, Julie Michaud, and all employees thereof, for your use of these products.
All items ship from Massachusetts. Orders being sent with expedited shipping options (ex: Next Day or Two-Day shipping, or Priority Mail) that are placed by 12 noon central time, Monday thru Friday will ship the same day, subject to availability. Standard shipping is through USPS. When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday or Sunday. For example, orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air as the shipping method will not arrive until the following Monday. If you need an item delivered on a Saturday, please call us directly at 617-936-3747 to calculate final shipping costs prior to placing your order.
Returned Packages (rejected or undeliverable)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct and deliverable when placing the order. If you are using PayPal Express Checkout, you must make sure your shipping address on the PayPal Website is correct.
Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges have been paid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.
Prettyology does not currently ship outside of the continental USA.
At Prettyology Academy, we pride ourselves on the hands-on attention we are able to give our students. Our class sizes are small. Our typical class size is 2-4 students.
