Demystifying Color Theory

This unique color theory course unravels the mystery and eliminates the fear of color. You’ll learn to properly identify colors, mix and match colors for all your procedures, and how to neutralize with visual effects on color corrections. We teach the proper use of the color wheel incorporating the Prettyology Undertone Classification System, the Fitzpatrick scale and how melanin affects how colors heal in the skin. You’ll learn how different types of pigment – Iron Oxide/Non-Organic or Carbon Based/Organic - affects how color changes/fades over time. This class will give you more confidence and a better understanding of what colors to choose for anyone who walks through your door.
